Gloria is a short film about dementia, community, and one Chinese woman’s enduring love of learning.
Shot on 16mm in the San Francisco Bay Area, Gloria made its world premiere at the 2025 Tribeca Festival. The film won both the Narrative Short Jury Award and Audience Award at the 2025 Austin American Film Festival.
The film will next screen within “An Evening of Award-Winning Shorts” at the Brooklyn Academy of Music on March 25, 2026. More info here.
