Gloria is a short film about dementia, community, and one Chinese woman’s enduring love of learning.
Shot on 16mm in the San Francisco Bay Area, Gloria made its world premiere at the 2025 Tribeca Festival. The film won both the Narrative Short Jury Award and Audience Award at the 2025 Austin American Film Festival.
Recent screenings include Bend Film Festival, Hawai’i International Film Festival, and the Reel Sisters Film Festival & Lecture Series. The upcoming Bay Area Premiere will take place at Night of Shorts in Berkeley.
